well things aare doing alright for once, i got moved to the tank platoon yesturday, i got my promotion to pfc today, and i should be going on leave by the end of next month, which just makes me very happy,
i'm going to waste sooooo much money. yes it will be grand.
i can't beleive what people call "punk' nowadays i was watching a live video of a band called the used earlier, aparently as long as you have a pink mohawk your a punk band even if you play bitch music, that so close to cock rock it's not even funny (well thats enough of that tangent)
i still don't know if i'm going to be moved to a tank platoon. they needed me for the Tal Afar attack, and are still short people but for some reason they have a problem moving me there. i really want to go to a tank for good, it's what i trained to do and the NCO's are deffiatly alot more chill and realistic.
i've been in a shitty mood, i really want to just stabsome one in they eye and piss on it. i was having a great dream when i woke up this morning and then bam, i realized i'm in iraq getting yelled at by some dick head e-6 who doesn't feel like working on his own vehicle so he's sending me to do it.
i've also been told that if i stay in the scout platoon i'm not getting leave, and since our NCO's are self serving assholes i'll probably be on one of the last flights out of here when that happens, after doing the wash rack for 3 weeks (think car wash hell in the desert and with tanks)

well, i'm still alive, and kickin. we've fucked this town up, i never thaught we'd shoot this many main gun rounds in iraq, hell i didn't think they would be bombing buildings or shooting hellfire rockets either. it's comming to a close now, all the bad guys have either run away or are dead, and besides a few close calls and some bad dreams i'm no worse for the wear.
